DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR MEMBERSHIP

                                                                                      INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP
                                                             (Membership period one year: April 01 to March 31 each year)

Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI) entertains those applications for Membership whose Head Office or Registered Office or Branch Office is located within the jurisdiction of Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT). 

Procedure
Please follow the below mentioned procedure for getting membership at ICCI:-

Step:1
Membership Form can be obtained from ICCI Membership Section or downloaded  from ICCI website.

Step:2
Fill in the form and submit to the Membership department (Window No.1) along with the neccesary documents and paying prescribed charges for membership as per the folowing checklist:-

a)    A copy of National Tax Number (NTN) certificate on the name of business.
b)    Latest Income Tax Return where applicable, on the name of business.

A copy of Sales Tax Registration and latest Sales Tax Return, if registered/applicable.

Three photographs of the proprietor (one for pasting on the application form & two for IDC)

Lease deed / allotment letter of the building / office or any other evidence as a proof of business on the indicated address.

Partnership / AOP

A written resolution of all the Partners on letter head nominating one of the Partners as representative in ICCI. All correspondence should be addressed to ICCI by the signature of authorized representative

Note: Half annual subscription shall be charged for new memberships, if applications are received   between 1st October and  31st  March.

Membership Renewal (on or before 31st March each year)

 b.    Along with the fee, please submit following documents

1. Copy of the latest income tax return for the proceeding year. 
2. Copy of Sales Tax Return, if applicable/registered.
3. Membership I.D.Card Form (available at ICCI website)
4. In case of any change in the business address, please provide a copy of lease deed/allotment letter along with request for change of address.

2. Copy of the latest income tax return for the proceeding year.
3. Copy of Sales Tax Return, if applicable/registered.
4. In case of any change in the business address, please provide a copy of lease deed/allotment letter along with request for change of address.

Note: Half annual subscription shall be charged for re-admission, if any member applies for re-admission between 1st October and 31st March.
