Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that your membership with Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI) shall expire on 31-03-2010. You are therefore, advised to get the membership renewed before the above indicated date, submitting a copy of the latest Income Tax Return (and Sales Tax, if applicable) for the preceding year (2009) and paying the following charges for renewal, failing which your membership will cease automatically:-
                               
Annual Subscription for Membership of Associate Class (AM)         Rs.2500/-       
One time contribution for Export Display Centre (EDC) of ICCI         Rs.  500/-

Please note:

• A copy of the latest Income Tax Return (preceding year-2009) is must for renewal of membership. Please also submit copies of the latest Sales Tax Returns, if applicable.
• As per new Memorandum & Articles of Association of ICCI there is no provision of grace period, therefore get your membership renewed uptil 31st March, 2010.
• In case your membership is not renewed by due date i.e. 31-03-2010, following charges have to be paid along with submitting request for re-admission on letterhead pad and a copy of the latest Income Tax Return:-

             Annual Subscription    Re-admission Fee    One time contribution for EDC    Total
                     Rs.2500/-       +          Rs.2500/-       +          Rs.500/-            =              Rs.5500/-
